Kaylee Goes to Preschool

Kaylee has wanted to go to school since she turned 3!  We have a Head Start less than a mile away that she has had her eye on.  We did all the paper work to get her going but because she is still 3 and not quite 4, she was put on the waiting list.  Two days after school started we got the phone call telling us a spot opened up and she was in!  We were so excited!  Kaylee was jumping around, Cole was jumping around-not really sure why except for he knew his sister was doing it, and I was grinning ear to ear!  We had a teacher come over an hour later, we bought a little school outfit, and she was off to school the next morning.

The kids can ride the bus so of course Kaylee wanted to ride it.  It is perfect and she is only on it for 5 minutes at the most!  She is the last stop on the way to school and the 1st stop on the way home!  Cole has fun taking her to the bus and waiting for it to drop her off.  It is a highlight of the day for both Kaylee and Cole.
