Tenley 4 Weeks

I can't believe Tenley has been with us for 4 weeks already.  I love her more and more each day! 

I finally insisted that she be seen at the Dr to make sure it was just gas.  I think it helped that every time I called she was screaming and the receptionist could hear her.  (when other people could hear her on the phone they always asked what happened to her because you could just tell it was a hurt cry!) Anyway, we took her in and the Dr said, "Wow...she is really bloated!"  Ummm...ya.....ya think!  She sent us over to the hospital for x-rays of her stomach.  Thankfully everything looked good.  She is just full of gas so I am suppose to stop nursing for a few days to see if it is me.  She is on formula for gassy babies.  I am just going to pump every 3 hours to keep my milk supply.  I didn't think I would EVER feel bad about being told not to nurse my baby but she is still so little and I know it is better for her so I hope we can get things worked out so I can keep nursing her.
