and the RESULTS are IN
After a week of cabbage soup, tons of veggies, fruit, rice, and some meat... along with 2-3 hrs of working out everyday.......I lost 7 lbs. I was hoping for 10 but I am very happy with 7. This puts me 5 lbs away from my goal weight. I would only have a lb to go if I didn't gain 4 over Christmas....darn it! BUT, I did learn that I can't even go 2 weeks of slacking off. I have to work on it EVERYDAY! I am really going to push myself to lose those last 5 lbs during these next 2 weeks of boot camp! My ultimate goal is to be the weight I was when I got married and to fit into my wedding dress!! I was tempted to try it on last night at my moms house but I figured if I did fit then I wouldn't be very motivated to keep working....so, 2 more weeks and hopefully I'll be there! I DID fit into a skirt that Dave bought me soon after we got married and I wore it to church yesterday...I was very happy!

I don't know how you stuck to that diet. Impressive! And I think you look great. (through pictures of course because I haven't seen you for years) and Aunt Susan and Leonard both said that they have never seen you look so good, so don't stress too much about a couple pounds. But great job on loosing all your weight, I might need some help after I have my baby.
We'll take it! That's a big loss, in a little time, for a little cost...except for the banana day, I'd probably throw up after eating eight banana's, I can barely make it through one. You are so pretty, even before you lost the wieght you were pretty. You've just got one of those faces...now lets eat treats together until our hearts on content;-)
Good for you! I hope to be back in my wedding dress someday. I wish I had more motivation...and a good babysitter to watch the kids for me! That is my only problem, what to do with the kids? What do you do with yours when you workout?
