Christmas Eve

My mom, Dave & I had these shirts made for my dad for Poulsen Construction. They turned out really well and my dad was pretty excited about it! Thanks Matt for making them!! :-)

New Jammies and Slippers

Christmas Eve was a fun, eventful day for us. We started the day by going up to Preston to be with Dave's parents for most of the day. We had a lot of fun playing games and I, of course, beat Lynn in Scum...again... :-)

Then it was off to the Holt Family Christmas Eve Party that is always a lot of fun. We ate a wonderful meal, played the cereal game, and acted out the Nativity. We look forward to this party every year! Thanks Neil and Kathy!

To end the night we went over to my parents house for family gifts and the watching of the Nativity to the song "Breath of Heaven". (My favorite part of the night! We also watch it at Neil and Kathy's to the song, "O Holy Night" so we get it twice! It's great!) We got a special gift from my grandma Peterson who lives in Canada. She gave us all a Christmas book and she signed the inside. I'll treasure it forever. Christmas Eve is my favorite day because it is more focused on family and Christ and we had a great day with family celebrating Christ!
