jENNa's pROjECTs

I saw this GREAT idea for a carseat cover and HAD to copy it...of course I didn't have a pattern and had to wing it BUT, I think it turned out great...a little too big but...I'll know for next time.

I have been wanting to make a nursing blanket thingy for a long time...I just have never had the chance to get to it. I have had the the stuff for quite awhile and even though I'm almost done with nursing...I made it anyway....I LOVE how it turned out! (Like my model??)

I owe a HUGE thank you to my mom for putting up with my projects without patterns. She usually ends up undoing everything and then telling me a better way to do it but I have really enjoyed making things with my mom and spending that time with her! Thanks Mom!

I LOVE to crochet....the problem....I have too many blankets just sitting around so when I know a baby is about to be born....I crochet! This picture doesn't do the blanket justice. It is one of my favorites that I have made so far. I am really excited because I get to make another one with reverse colors for twin girls! Ya, really....the picture does NOT do it justice...darn! It is SO cute though! :-) Maybe I'll keep it!

Jenna,
You are absolutely amazing! If only I could be you. You are like the total package...Great mom, wife and homemaker! So talented. Dave is such a lucky guy. I think that blanket looks great. I am sure it doesnt do it justice though. The fact that you are so determined is awesome to me. You have lost all this weight which isnt easy I know, and you make the burpy's and all these cute things. And all the while you are still breastfeeding. Talk about super mom! Why can't I just be you? I admire you Jenna..You're great!

Wow, way to go Jenna. I always wanted a nursing cover like that, they are so cool. And I'm sure the blanket is super cute. One year you showed my mom how to make one (I think you started it for her) and then she gave it to Kira. It's Kira's favorite and the blanket she NEEDS to go to sleep.

Awesome. I just got my grandma's sewing machine and I'm going to go on a mad dash and make hooter hiders.(thats the actual brand name of mine, I'm not being kraus.) They are 30-40 bucks in the stores. Where did you get your "boeing" if thats what the wire thingy is called.
