Our little Barrel of Monkeys

Halloween was a jammed packed day for us. The day started with Dave going to class and then I went to the Halloween aerobothon @ Sports Academy. Afterwards I just had to go buy this cute little dress I saw at JCPenny for Kaylee and order her Christmas dress from the catalog. I hope it is as cute as the picture! Anyway, back to Halloween...after the four us got ready it was off to Preston. We first stopped to see Grandpa Poulsen at the seminary. We got lucky and he was on his prep. G-pa P unloaded all his milk chocolate onto Kaylee. Then it was off to see Dr. Grandpa Eskelson at the office. Kaylee grabbed a handful of smarties and Cole had his ears checked. The infection is gone! YAY! Now it is time to go see Grandma Eskelson at the house. Grandma E gave Kaylee some neat books and PLENTY of candy. Mom and Dad even made out pretty good. Phew...half way done....time to head back to Logan...nap time for 30 minutes. Once in Logan we went to the mall for the trunk -or- treat and candy walk around to all the stores. It was fun to see all the kids dressed up. After the mall we headed to see Kacy, Rachel, and Carson. They had a good time teasing Kaylee. Then it was off to Smithfield to see Grandma P, Anna, and Ryan. Kaylee had been waiting all day to give Anna, Ryan, and Caden their Halloween bags we made for them. We then went trick -or-treating around the neighborhood but couldn't rest for long, we still had 2 more stops. Oh my! We finally made it to G&G Holts to wish Grandma Holt a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Kaylee had a great time showing great G&G Holt her suckers. Ok, almost done...last stop great G&G Poulsen (sorry we were so late!) Kaylee loves to play in their ottomans. She can still fit in them! And we are done. Tired and worn out we headed home in hopes Kaylee would zonk out on the way home...if only we were that lucky. The kid had been eating candy all day! All in all it was a really fun day and we are so glad that we have so much family around to show off our kids to!

Can you guess what we were???

We looked back at Kaylee and she had picked out all of her suckers and wasn't going to let them go

Trunk -or- treat at the mall

My poor mom had to carry Kaylee a lot of the way...she just wanted her grandma...mom and dad couldn't carry her. Luckily she caught on and wanted to go go go (run) but that didn't last the entire night. Soon enough she was back in grandmas arms.

ya...that is scary!
